Washington DC’s Hayden Arp has been quietly working on new songs throughout the summer. Here is the first banger coming from his laboratory: Horses has a sick bass and nicely layered vocals. It looks like this gem might be a one-timer though. Hayden said he’s gonna focus more on the acoustic end of his talent and only wrote Horses when he needed a break from working on a more slow, sentimental album for release next spring. Good things happen once you take a break from what you feel like you’re supposed to do I guess.
