Clytem Scanning's new album Armada has been out for a couple of weeks. Listening to her James-Bond-theme-esque vocals floating around experimental pop music kind of feels like listening to Sleigh Bells - not stylistically, but in a way that either you like it or you don't. In the case of Sleigh Bells the Poule never understood what all the fuzz was actually about. Armada however has a very fetching appeal to it. Maybe because Clytem Scanning is Parisian, hence born cool or maybe because this is actually groundbreaking or maybe Poule is making absolutely no sense here.
