Dreamy grooves come gliding in by way of Iffy Orbit, your new favorite group of people to come out of the fjord’s of Norway. Be The Same is their latest levitating, synth heavy, Demogorgon-defying piece of delight, and taken straight from their debut record Slow Times which is new and out now on Toothfairy Records.
Attached below is their red hot new video, filmed at an urban studio inside an Oslo parking garage. It’s not the charging electric vehicles making those lights flicker then, but light-guru Gard Gitlestad. So hit play, dive in, let go, and keep your salty fingers crossed for a European tour next year. Team Poule says, gonna be a hoot.
The husband and wife duo Tennis have actually been one of the first coups de coeur in the history of this Poule project, back in 2009. Since then, the team has moved on to its fair share of #1 singles and albums, prime coverage from the New Yorker and NPR to the New York Times, Vogue, TIME and more. Here now comes a further cherry on that cake, Diamond Rings. A lovely dreamy piece of music, taken from their new EP We Can Die Happy that is out now on Mutually Detrimental.
And if you think, well this is all fun and games but CAN they deliver on a stage – then you are in luck! They have a few more dates for 2017 and a major US tour scheduled for January and February next year. Team Poule says, put that in your notebooks.
Swedish singer and songwriter Ingrid Witt has long been a driving force behind the scenes for other artists, and two years ago, finally, made her solo debut. The track comes off her new EP Everything Has To Be True which has a release date for November 24th via her own label Oh Mama. Reason enough for Team Poule to get behind this and hear what Ingrid is all about.

If you have been lucky enough to spend the month of November in Europe, you will appreciate this brand new footage coming from Team Tropic Harbour. The video to his extra-hazy piece New Life was shot on their last tour and features the most exciting scenes of being on the road, letting that left front wheel kiss the middle of the highway, and playing steamy summer shows. What a beaut. Team Poule says, so smooth.
Filmed and edited by main man Keenan Kirk
Danish smooth talkers J. Bruno have dropped a new sweat snack of a single. Do You Even? neatly follows their dreamy on-point production route to a steamy new high. Driving vocals, lush beats and poppy melody that takes life by its horns. Just what you need this time of the year, the single is out now on the great Møs Møs.
And if you happen to call the European Capital of Culture 2017, Aarhus, home these days – make sure to catch their show this Friday, November 24th, at mighty Radar in support of Masasolo. Team Poule says, so refreshing!
When “cool new world, jazz, and folk music” is on the ticket to Hamburg, it’s time for Danish Vibes.
