From across a vast galaxy of musical taste, two young Sydney vagabonds with Scandinavian roots have collided to form RÜFÜS – a dancefolkpopindienuchillwave silenced explosion. Their healthy combination of live instruments and electronica ignite – forming moments of dance floor euphoria, stomping vocal driven breakdowns and roaming lo-fi grooves. In the last few months, the duo behind RÜFÜS have been recording, producing and mixing their el sonido nuevo which they’ll bottle in an upcoming EP before letting it leak out everywhere in there live show.
Their combustible fusion of dance and chill will soon begin warming people’s laid back Sunday afternoons and heating their Saturday nights.
