angelicaAngelica’s Elegy – who we briefly touched before – have a new release coming up on Norway’s amazing Riot Factory. Clearly one of the best indie labels out there. Fuse and a Spark is off their upcoming debut album which promises to be a keeper. Stuck in my head this song.

ivory_seasTotally loving this track on a lazy Sunday afternoon like today’s – Is Tropical remixing fellow Londoners Ivory Seas. Pure bliss, hit play.

BelieveDigital_Spleen_United_Pic_II_by_Cathrine_ErtmannLovers of a solid electropop performance: Danish awardwinning ensemble Spleen United are coming to town (Hamburg). The lads will stop at Uebel & Gefährlich on Saturday – and you can win 2×2 tickets, right here.

To throw your name in the ring, simply comment on this post using a valid email address so we can get a hold of you. As always we promise to keep your data confidential and only sell like half of it to wealthy businessmen. You’re welcome. Winners will be picked Friday 25th, 6pm CET.

Attached below is Spleen United’s Euphoria, off their new album School of Euphoria which came out last year and received a handful of Danish GAFFA awards. Team Poule already saw them at Reeperbahn Festival last fall and while they’re reasonably fun to listen to on a CD, they’re best to be consumed live. So, why not snag two free tickets and take your Significant Other to spend a memorable night in “The Bunker”..

coastsWe fell in lo-ove, right by the ocean. Ah, beautiful. Makes you think. Did you ever drive a convertible along the coastline? It’s a beautiful thing. These guys Coasts from Bristol are certainly one to keep an eye on. They’re playing a handful of shows all around Britain in the weeks ahead, go see them please.

jusAnyone care for some French Nu Disco..? I know you do. This is Jus de Panthère from Paris. No facebook, no twitter, no homepage. Just an old MySpace profile. Check their Soundcloud though, rad stuff up there.

Norway’s Sandra Kolstad has a rather NSFWy new video out – with her bare ass all over the place. Not with an all sexed up atmosphere to it, it’s sort of melancholic and almost unalluring and uncomfortable. But apparently the video has become sort of a scandal in Norway already. Or maybe (probably) that’s just some clever PR stunt – you can’t fool Team Poule..!

Norwegian daily Dagbladet has “Stiller blodig og kliss naken i musikkvideo!” written all over their page. Naken i musikkvideo! Shocking! Either way, that song is rather great and I’m sure she has some release coming up or out already or something. Hit play.
