These ‘bros’ are shaping up to be really (fucking) exciting. After their EPIC last single 1997 the Los Angeles vagabonds of Saint Motel released the next single off their debut album Voyeur which is out July 10th. This banger is entitled Benny Goodman: “The one who laughs last, who waits until the joke is long dead, at that moment, you strike like Benny Goodman”. Prime stuff. Right there.

Got the video to this song by Nimmo and the Gauntletts sent to me the other day and I have been listening/watching quietly over and over since. Just gets better and better. Really nice. It’s off the Londoner’s debut EP, which is as brilliant and up for streaming on their Soundcloud. Reminds me a bit of The xx – not sure why exactly, they don’t sound like them very much. Guess it the black and white image and the whole English attitude. Bottomline, they’re rad > listen to this.

Breton – whose greatness has been covered here before – take Juveniles‘ Through The Night into their laboratory to twist and tweak it a little bit > much like Joleon Lescott did with the French set-piece defense today.
