Daniel Amedee is a 24-year old singer from New Orleans. He describes his music as “orchestral rock” but I guess you might as well say it’s folk? I don’t know. En tout cas, his debut album “Themes From …” is beautifully dreamy, very well produced and overall pretty enjoyable! A fitting warm summer evening soundtrack. Nothing really beats spending a vintage, Belgian, summer-ish day hanging out by the lake: having a few drinks, playing tennis, wearing your tux, bringing along the fox. Business as usual. Coincidentally, Belgium’s finest export has a new track out providing the soundtrack. Odd Lovers is only the second song Jason and Dijf released and it follows Miami‘s catchy greatness quite nicely. Keep an eye on their fine moustaches.
