morceau du jour: Love-Songs – Selbstauflöser

That moment when you are at a concert and the music is quite experimental in a way that they are messing around with synths and a drum set and a bass guitar like a lot of bands are these days and you stand there holding on to your beverage, tipping on your toes and losing yourself in the sound which makes it a sort of psychedelic experience – and here comes the but – but not in a way that it slows you down and takes you away, making you dreamy, instead it’s really energetic and powerful and invigorating. It was an absolute charm watching Love-Songs play a full-on set a couple weeks ago. 40 minutes without breaks, all just one smooth wave taking its path. Beautiful.
